recent jumps - 2007/12/16 21:57
Hi Everyone,,
Just got registered on this forum but have enjoyed your updates.
I had a few days off over Thanksgiving and flew to Tampa to visit my folks (yes, lucky me!) and jump at Z-hills. I've been jumping there a couple times a year since the 1970's.
This year the weather was great and I made 10 jumps, mostly belly RW with load organizers, some nice 12-14 ways with a bunch of visiting Brits and Germans. Z-hills is like the united nations in the winter, many European visitors and usually a bunch of foreign languages spoken all day.
I also did two wingsuit jumps and those are fun but a bit weird for me...think I could get into it but the suits are very expensive,, nearly $1000 or more.
I'm not much of a cold weather skydiver anymore but hope to see you all when it warms up a bit.
