I bought my husband a jump last year for his birthday and he loved it. I thought it would be a good idea to get him a gift certificate for Christmas to jump again. The problem is that I have been unable to contact anyone from the jump site to help me with this. The phone number does not work and no one will return an email. The link to buy a certificate is also not working.

Any suggestions as to how to get in touch with someone that could help?
